This Anti-Spam Policy Notice governs the use of the web page at and its
associated services, web pages, domains and sub-domains, which are owned
and operated by norabots © ("Owner"). Wherever this
Notice refers to "users" it means "you", while "we"
or "our" refer to norabots ©
and "Web Site" for the web site in which the page belongs.
This sets forth our policy with regard to the use of "Spam"
marketing techniques in connection with Internet Marketing. In the event
that we deem you to be in violation of these policies, we shall immediately
revoke your rights and close any active account.
We have a strict policy against spamming. We forbid the sending of
unsolicited mass Emails or unsolicited Emails of any kind in connection
with the marketing of our programs, products and services.
We reserve the right to terminate your account and participation in
our programs "for cause" if we deem you to be in violation of
our anti-spamming policies. We also reserve the right to suspend your
account and participation pending review upon receipt of any complaint
or other evidence that you may be engaging in any spamming activity.
We consider spamming to be any activity whereby you directly or indirectly
transmit email messages to any email address that has not solicited such
email and does not consent to such transmission. We also consider spamming
to constitute posting advertisements in newsgroups in violation of the
terms of participation in such newsgroup, that are off topic, or in newsgroups
that do not specifically permit advertisements. We also consider it spamming
when advertisements are placed on message boards or in chat rooms when
they are not permitted by the terms of participation in such message boards
and chat rooms.
We do not support spam or the use of our system
and tools for spam. Unsolicited emails of any type will not be tolerated.
Here are the rules.
- If a spam complain comes against you, we will review it against your
account to see if that person is indeed subscribed (or was subscribed)
to determine if it was a complaint due to SPAM or due to forgetfulness
on the part of the recipient. However, we will be the final arbiter
of any complaint.
- If anyone ever contacts you to be removed from the list, you must
remove that person. Hopefully the person will use the automated tools
but not everyone does that.
- There will be no advertising of your autoresponder or this web site
in any way by means of bulk unsoicited advertising. This includes direct
bulk emailing of advertising going directly to this site or an email
address on this site as well as utilizing doorway pages that redirect
through or link to this site.
- Any complaint by a customer about spamming will result in your account
being shut down and actions taken by us (outlined below.)
If you spam, we will take the following
actions:
- Your account will be IMMEDIATELY terminated.
- You will be charged a fee of $500 for cleaning up and terminating
our account and a $500 per day charge for any interruption in our service
as a result of your SPAM activities.
- We will take legal action to recover fees if necessary.
- We will block you from using our services ever again.
- You will be reported to authorities.
- You will be reported to your own provider by us as a spammer, where
they will presumably terminate your account as well.
You must have a legitimate email address to use our system. Hotmail,
Yahoo mail, etc. will not be accepted and will result in your account
being terminated.
If you have been spammed, please notify us at webmaster@norabots.com
with as many details as you can so we can verify the spam complaint and
take appropriate action.
WARNING:
| REMEMBER: Your MAY NOT use your autoresponder
address as your Return Address, Reply to Address, or From
Address when submiting to FFA pages or classified
Ad sites. The sites that post your submission generally
send back a confirmation or thank you notice to your real
email address. If you break the above rule you would create
a mail loop in which your autoresponder replies back to these
confirmations. This would generate a tremendous amount of
traffic and slow down the whole system. You must use your
real email address to receive said confirmations. In short
DO NOT USE A Norabots.com Address in any place other than
the body of your material. |
